# Why use Google Chrome as the browser for the LILATE test ?

Using your camera and microphone requires browser permissions, which are easily managed on Google Chrome without having to change settings. In addition, Google Chrome offers better compatibility with the features of our test. That’s why we insist on using Google Chrome to take your test and we strongly encourage you to ensure your browser is up to date.
