How to Apply to Become a LILATE Partner?

Are you a training organization looking to offer the LILATE certification to your learners? To become a partner, follow the steps below to submit your partnership request.


1. Create an account on the Wedof platform

All partnership requests are made exclusively through the Wedof platform.

Access Wedof here By creating a free account, you will be able to:

  • Complete your organization profile
  • Add one or more LILATE certifications to your application
  • Track the processing of your request


2. Prepare the required documents

To have your request reviewed, you must provide the following items:

  • A presentation of your organization and your motivation to become a partner
  • The link to your website
  • The contact details of the person in charge of the certification
  • The training program corresponding to the target language, including:

-Learning objectives

-Support and guidance methods

-Training content

-Organization (number of hours, duration, type of course…)



3. Meet our quality criteria

Before any approval, we verify that your organization meets the LILATE quality criteria, in accordance with the National Quality Standard (Qualiopi).

Key criteria include:

  • The presence of a human trainer (100% e-learning programs are not accepted)
  • Program compliance with the LILATE framework
  • Traceability of the candidate’s initial assessment (test, interview, or self-declaration)
  • Collection of the candidate’s professional goal
  • Enrollment in a learning path adapted to the actual level and professional needs

These last two points are now subject to systematic verification during compliance checks. Your application must include details explaining how you collect this information.

4. Track your application

Processing your application may take between 1 and 3 weeks.

If accepted, you will receive:

  • A partnership contract to sign electronically
  • Access to your partner space

In this space, you will be required to upload several administrative documents, including:

  • Kbis or SIRENE company registration certificate
  • Tax compliance certificate
  • URSSAF compliance certificate
  • Qualiopi certificate
  • Recent electricity bill (proof of address)

These elements help ensure your legal legitimacy, administrative compliance, and prevent fraud.



5. Declaration of training organization authorization

Once the partnership is confirmed, you will receive onboarding documents along with the steps to follow in order to publish your training programs on Mon Compte Formation (EDOF).
