What Quality Criteria Are Required by LILATE for Its Partners?

To ensure the professional value of the LILATE certification and meet the requirements of France Compétences, all authorized partners must comply with a set of quality criteria, in line with the National Quality Framework (Qualiopi).

Relevance of the Training Path and Individualization

• The training program must be adapted to the candidate’s initial level and professional objective.
• The partner must be able to collect and document:

-The candidate’s starting level (placement test, interview, or declaration)

-Their professional goal in using the language

• No minimum entry level is required; however, the CEFR scale may be used to position the candidate.

🔴 Important: these elements are systematically checked by our certifying body. They must appear in the candidate’s file or in the documents provided during audits.

Presence of a Designated Trainer

• Any training leading to the LILATE certification must include a human trainer, ensuring pedagogical support.
• 100% e-learning programs without human interaction are not eligible.

Program Compliance

• In addition to the training content, the program must specify:

-Learning objectives aligned with the LILATE skills framework

-Teaching methods (in-person, video conferencing, blended learning…)

-Interim and final evaluation methods

-Mandatory participation of the candidate in the LILATE assessment sessions

Transparent Communication

• The information available on the partner’s website must be clear, accurate, and up to date, especially:

-Access conditions

-Pricing

-Training methods

-Contact information

-Precise identification of the certification: exact title (unchanged), RS registration number, and URL link to the current Specific Directory listing

Administrative and Ethical Compliance

• Hold a valid Qualiopi certificate
• Be registered in France and able to provide a Kbis, a URSSAF certificate, a tax certificate, and a proof of address (e.g. utility bill)
• Commit to following our anti-fraud procedures and to cooperate during audits by the certifying body or public authorities (France Compétences, Caisse des Dépôts, Direccte…)

Learner Follow-Up and Communication with LILATE

• Partners must keep learner records up to date and inform LILATE of any issues.
• They must also authorize the secure sharing of EDOF data for certifications funded through Mon Compte Formation.

A training organization meeting the above criteria will be offered a partnership. Initial selection does not exclude subsequent audits within our partner network.
