How can I reschedule my LILATE test appointment?

To access your candidate portal and manage your appointment, go to https://app.lilate.org/login. If you can’t find your login credentials, click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address you used when you registered. A login email will be sent to you; be sure to check your spam folder.

Once logged in, you can manage your appointment from your dashboard. Once the test is scheduled, it cannot be canceled. However, you can reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours before the exam begins. Follow the steps below:

• On your dashboard, you will find your appointment. Click on "change date" and you will be able to reschedule your test for a later date and time slot.
• Similarly, you won't be able to change the date if there are less than 24 hours remaining for the initially chosen date and time.
• Make sure to double-check your personal information, as it will be verified by the examiner.

If your information does not match the verified details, the examiner may cancel the certification appointment. Please be very careful!

• You are now free to choose your new exam date and time slot.

Keep in mind that you have a maximum of 30 days from the end date of your training to take the test. You will not find any available slots beyond this deadline, unless the certification deadline has been exceptionally extended.

Request an Extension of the Certification Deadline

A training organization may, in exceptional cases, request an extension of the certification deadline for a candidate by providing the candidate’s identity and an identifier used to locate their file (such as the candidate ID or CPF file number), and by specifying the desired new date. Once approved, the new deadline becomes the final deadline for taking the certification exam.

Once the extension is granted, the candidate may keep their existing appointment or reschedule it directly from their candidate portal by clicking “change date,” subject to rescheduling rules and available time slots.
