It is not possible to reach the LILATE service directly by telephone.

This choice allows us to guarantee better response quality and to handle effectively the many inquiries related to certification.


But rest assured: if a call is necessary, we will gladly contact you.

This notably concerns candidates or partners when we believe a video or phone exchange is the most appropriate solution.


We kindly ask you not to contact Lingueo by phone regarding LILATE.

LILATE is a certification managed by a dedicated team, distinct from that of Lingueo (training provider).
