How to Recover My Password?

If you are unable to log in to your LILATE account because you don't know or have forgotten your password, here is the procedure to follow to reset it.


Why don’t I have a password?


Your LILATE account may have been created by your employer or a partner training organization. In this case, you did not set a password yourself when your account was created. A secure password was generated automatically, but we cannot disclose it to you for security reasons.


Having trouble logging in? Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to receive a new password.



How to reset my password?


1️⃣ Go to the LILATE login page.

2️⃣ Click on “Forgot Password?”

3️⃣ Enter the email address associated with your account.

4️⃣ If an account exists with that email, you will receive a temporary password by email.

5️⃣ Check your inbox, including your spam/junk folder.

6️⃣ Use this temporary password to log in, then change it from your personal account.



I haven’t received the reset email


If you don’t receive the email after a few minutes:

✅ Check your spam/junk folder.

✅ Make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your account.

✅ If you still can’t find the email, contact our support.
