My LILATE Test was canceled by your services, what should I do?
Although this is very rare, it can happen that your LILATE test is canceled by our services. If this is the case, here are the two main reasons why this might occur and what you can do to resolve the situation.
1. You Are Past the Deadline
Your training organization provided you with start and end dates for your training, and it's possible that the period allocated to take your LILATE test has expired. This means the deadline to schedule your test has passed.

2. The Examiner Canceled the Test
It may also be that the examiner had to cancel your test due to unforeseen circumstances. Don't worry, this can happen, but it doesn't mean you have to wait long to reschedule your test.
You can easily reschedule your test yourself. Simply log in to your candidate portal and choose a new available date.
