What happens if I’m absent from my LILATE test?

In case of absence at the assessment, it will be considered forfeited and the responsibility to cover the cost of a new attempt falls on either the training organization or the candidate concerned.

I will be absent for a test scheduled in less than 24 hours. What happens?

In the case of a last-minute cancellation, less than the minimum notice of twenty-four (24) hours, the candidate will be considered absent and it will be up to the training organization (partner) or the candidate concerned to cover the cost of a new attempt.

If you have scheduled a LILATE test and find out that you will not be able to attend, but this happens less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, the test will be lost without possibility of modification or cancellation. On the other hand, if you know in advance that you will be absent and this is announced more than 24 hours before the test, you may then reschedule the test without issue.

Medical reasons: If your absence is due to a medical reason, you may be eligible for a discount to retake the test. This measure is implemented to help candidates facing unforeseen health circumstances.
