Why can't I download my LILATE certificate after taking the test?
When you finish your LILATE test, you expect to receive your results and official certificate promptly. In the vast majority of cases, everything proceeds smoothly within 24 hours after the test. However, certain mandatory steps can delay the availability of your certificate, notably the satisfaction survey or the validation of your identity documents.

What is the normal timeframe to receive my LILATE results?
We commit to providing you with the full results of your LILATE test within 24 hours after the completion of your evaluation.
This timeframe applies only if all elements of your file are compliant, including your profile photo and identity document.
Why must I complete a satisfaction survey before accessing my results?
To view your results, you must first complete the satisfaction survey. This step is mandatory for two reasons:

France Compétences requires the collection of satisfaction data to ensure the quality of the certification. Without this step, we are not authorized to issue your certificate.
Continuous Improvement
Your feedback helps us continuously improve the quality of the test and support. Each comment is read and considered by our team.
If I can't access my certificate, what happens?
If you have completed the satisfaction survey but still cannot view or download your certificate, it most likely means that your photo or identity document has not been validated.
This can occur if:
- the photo does not meet the requirements (poor framing, low quality, accessories, etc.),
- the identity document is unreadable, incomplete, or expired.
In this case, your test is awaiting validation.
What should I do if my photo or identity document was rejected?
No documents should be sent by email or via chat.

Why a form and not an email?

- receive all necessary information at once,

Reminder of the guidelines to follow
Profile Photo:
- Recent (less than 6 months),
- Plain, light background,
- Face centered, well-lit,
- No filters or accessories,
- Format JPG, PNG, or PDF.
Identity Document:
- Valid ID card, passport, or residence permit,
- Clearly readable,
- Front and back if necessary,
- Format JPG, PNG, or PDF.
What happens after submitting the form?
Our teams verify the documents within 72 business hours.
If everything is in order, you will automatically receive an email allowing you to:
- view your results,
- download your LILATE certificate.
