I want to change my photo on LILATE, how do I do it?

Wondering whether you can change your photo on LILATE? The answer depends on when you make the request:

👉 Before taking the test: you can update your photo yourself from your candidate account.
👉 After the test: you'll need to go through customer support, since your photo is part of your certification file and must be manually validated for security reasons.

Here's how to proceed depending on your situation 👇

Haven't take the test yet?

You can add or update your photo directly from your candidate account, as long as you haven't taken the test yet.

👉 Simply click on the round icon in the top left corner.

Then, Click on "Profile".

Then click on "Your photo". If you want to replace your photo with one you've already taken, click on 'From my computer.' If you'd rather take a new one now, click on 'From my webcam.'

📸 Important: this photo is used to verify your identity and appears on your certificate. Don't forget to follow the photo guidelines: check them here.

Already taken the test?

You can no longer change your photo yourself.
For security reasons, any change must be manually validated by our team.
